Devolution of House

One of my favorite shows for years was House. It originally was an interesting show with a yearly dramatic sub plot (if that's the right term). I recently watched a House marathon, and hadn't realized how much the sub plot began to completely take over the show - and ruin it, in my opinion.

I liked the weekly medical mysteries that put the show on the map, but found the show unwatchable toward the end.

Am I the only one who didn't like the way House changed over the years?

I feel a lot of shows end up doing the same thing. They end up turning into glorified daytime soap opera's. But i agree house wasn't nearly as good towards the end.

Agree. Loved the first few seasons. Not so much, the last few.
